Annotation:

The presented work attempts to summarize the experience of PJSC “Gazprom” in establishing its own quality control system for repair work both on the linear parts of trunk pipelines and on site facilities. The article describes the organizational and technical measures undertaken by the corporation when transitioning the construction control functionality to its internal resources. Special emphasis is placed on the creation of an information system as a single working window for all specialists – from the engineer on site to the chief technologist of the PJSC “Gazprom Department”. It is demonstrated that the efficiency of management decisions, and consequently the energy efficiency of the entire gas transportation system, increases with a synergistic approach that optimizes both the organizational structure and the use of digitalization. The work indicates the development prospects of the system in accordance with the corporate strategy of digital transformation.
