Annotation:

One of the drawbacks of the existing equipment for preparing working fluids in the construction and repair of wells is the lack of means for processing solutions to meet the required parameters according to technological regulations. Achieving sediment-stable suspensions and emulsions for well flushing, with stable rheological characteristics, necessitates unacceptably long processing times. Simply mixing cement with water does not ensure the desired quality of the cement slurry. Effective dispersion and homogenization are required to enhance strength, reduce water loss, and consequently ensure prolonged, trouble-free well operation. The solution to this issue lies in developing advanced dispersers that combine cavitational and vortex effects. The author has designed unique jet devices intended for processing drilling fluids, including those based on hydrocarbons, and treating cement slurries after mixing. The novelty and uniqueness of these devices are confirmed by patents for invention. The devices have successfully passed pilot testing both in wells and laboratory settings and have been implemented in the production activities of service companies engaged in well construction and major repairs.
