Annotation:
The article is devoted to the evaluation of the efficiency of gas turbine gas pumping units operated at compressor stations in conditions of elevated ambient temperatures, which is of special importance when choosing equipment for compressing natural gas and comparing various design solutions during the construction (reconstruction) of gas transport facilities. Based on the research the authors developed a single criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of gas turbine gas pumping units for compressor stations, taking into account the specifics of natural gas supplies to both domestic and foreign markets, as well as the degree of their workload. Based on the calculation of the unified efficiency criteria, ranked rows were built and a comparative assessment of the efficiency of PJSC “Gazprom” compressor stations located in the southern regions of the Russian Federation and operating under elevated temperatures was carried out. The developed unified efficiency criterion makes it possible to objectively assess the efficiency of gas pumping units for compressor stations when they operate at high ambient temperatures in conditions of limited time and the specifics of the tasks and is universal in terms of applicability.
