Annotation:

The main features of the Tavelskoe oil field’s geological structure, which is a part of the western slope of the South Tatar arch in the regional structural plan, are considered. The detailed geological-field description of carbonate deposits, the geological reserves of which are about 50 % in the field is presented. The performed analysis showed that the development of oil reserves in the deposits of the Tournaisian and Bashkirian stages of the Tavelskoye oil field is uneven. A comparative analysis of the built maps of the current state development and sandiness content for the Tournaisian and Bashkirian deposits of the North Tavelskoe uplift revealed a sufficient degree of their correlation. Reservoir pressure of the considered development objects is lower than the initial reservoir pressure, but there is currently no tendency for its average level to fall. The main objective of the measures taken is to increase reservoir pressure in order to avoid a decrease in oil production levels.
