Annotation:

The article describes the features of the current and capital repairs of wells. The prerequisites necessary for the work safe conducting are indicated. Dangerous and harmful production factors during wells repair are considered. The causes of injuries and accidents during the current and major repairs of oil and gas condensate wells are analyzed on the example of PJSC "Gazprom Neft". The problem of cardiovascular pathologies associated with arterial hypertension and possible consequences of untimely diagnosis and treatment are touched upon. The principle of operation of the "Smart Helmet" complex and its main advantages are described. The design and functional affiliation of all elements of the protective helmet are considered in detail. The modernization of the design of the protective helmet carrier belt for the installation of a pressure and heart rate monitoring sensor in the temporal region of the employee's head is proposed. The scheme of the internal equipment before and after modernization is shown. The advantages that can be achieved through the use of the upgraded "Smart Helmet" complex are indicated.
