Annotation:

At the present stage of human civilization development, one of the main geological-cological problems that almost every person faces is the climate change. A key place in these processes is assigned to solar radiation influence, variations of which are the main source of changes in the temperature of the atmosphere near-surface layer. These variations occur under the influence of natural evolutionary planetary processes and the regional manifestation of anthropogenic factors. The article considers geo-ecological aspects that influence the change in radiation impact on the temperature of the atmosphere near-surface layer. The role and place of the oil and gas complex concerning the problems of accounting for climate variability when implementing projects that ensure hydrocarbon neutrality are shown. The main approaches and models for assessing the impact of greenhouse gas emissions from oil and gas facilities on the Earth's troposphere are presented. The features of technologies for inventorying greenhouse gas emissions based on calculation methods and methods of direct measurements through the use of the Earth remote sensing systems are noted.
