Methodology for quantitative assessment of contractors for oil and gas companies

Annotation:

The article analyzes injuries in contracting organizations of oil and gas companies, considers proposals for improving the mechanism of interaction with contracting organizations, which include an evaluation table of the applicant for compliance with the requirements in the field of industrial safety, labor protection and the environment, as well as a questionnaire for assessing the state of industrial safety culture. The article provides an example of choosing a contractor using mathematical data processing and also presents the calculation of the final score of the contractor according to which the most suitable contractor is selected.
