Annotation:

The relevance of the topic is caused by maintaining the trend towards a decrease of the occupational injuries level recorded at the end of 2020 in the Russian Federation due to the temporary suspension of certain types of work due to the limitations of the pandemic (COVID-19). The number of victims of fatal industrial accidents, according to the Federal State Statistics Service, in 2020 amounted to 912 people, which is 143 people less than in 2019. In order to maintain the current dynamics of reducing occupational injuries and eliminating organizational causes, the state has set such fundamental tasks for business as the introduction of a culture of industrial safety and the promotion of major achievements in the field of occupational safety. Thus, the creation of conditions for the formation of industrial safety culture and increasing the effectiveness of measures aimed at preserving the life and health of employees while performing production activities is one of the priorities in the conduct of an employer business processes.
