Annotation:

It is established that the main triggers of erroneous actions of employees in the performance of their work duties in the conditions of the shift method of labor organization are not only physical and mental overloads, but also socio-psychological. Studies have been conducted on the causes contributing to the occurrence of accidents at gas mainline transport facilities, during which it was proved that the psycho-emotional state of employees, as well as the psychological climate in the team, can have a significant impact on the risk of injury. The article considers the hypothesis that communicative compatibility in the workforce is an important factor for the implementation of a safe production process. The psychological climate was studied and the leaders in the teams of the linear maintenance service and the energy and water supply service were identified. The experimental platform for assessing the interpersonal relationships of employees of shift crews of the linear part of the main gas pipelines was "Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk" LLC. A software package for assessing communication compatibility has been developed. Digitalization of the process of assessing the communicative compatibility of shift crew employees made it possible to identify leaders in teams in an automated mode, assess the psychological climate of shift shifts, and form optimal shift compositions. The implementation of the developed software product was carried out on the basis of the Ural and Komsomolsk linear production departments of the main gas pipelines of "Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk" LLC, which perform work on a shift basis.
