Annotation:

The article provides information about the Orenburg oil and gas condensate field, the characteristic features of the extracted raw materials and its impact on equipment and pipelines operated at hazardous production facilities. The experience of “Gazprom Dobycha Orenburg” LLC in confirming its readiness to eliminate accidents at hazardous production facilities in accordance with the changes in the requirements in the field of environmental protection and industrial safety is described. The stages of complex trainings, the forces and means involved, the actions of personnel operating a dangerous production facility, professional emergency rescue services (formations) in localizing and eliminating oil and petroleum product spills on the water surface of the Ashkadar river, running through the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan, on the ground in winter conditions are described.
