Annotation:

The authors of the article describe software tools for accounting of damage from an emergency oil spill, capable of determining the volume of hydrocarbon liquid flowing through a corrosive fistula; leakage rate and oil losses from infiltration into the ground. The list of parameters required for introduction is determined According to the data entered, the software tool calculates the pressure under which the outflow occurs, the cross-section area and the linear size of the hole, the Reynolds number for the outflow conditions, the flow coefficient, the flow rate, the volume of the liquid outflow, the area of oil pollution and other parameters, required for accounting of the losses caused by oil spills. The developed software tool makes it possible to determine the degree of contamination in case of accidental leaks of oil and petroleum products as well as to visualize an emergency spill on land and on water.
