Formation of energy-saving lubricants for screw oil-filled compressors

Annotation:

The authors of the article present the data for formation of energy-saving base of lubricants for screw compressors by compounding domestic synthetic components. The impact of 2,5-Bis(tert-dodecyldithio)-1,3,4-thiadiazole on the main characteristics of the basic lubricant composition was studied. The effectiveness of using the developed lubricant has been proved when tested on an oil-filled screw compressor, and the energy-saving component of the properties has been confirmed (energy saving made 5,32 % compared to the popular Klüber Summit SH 46). Control of its operational characteristics proved the fact that the oil sample has unique tribological characteristics and excellent low-temperature properties, which sets it apart from its analogues. The scientific-research work is completely agreed upon with the vector of foreign and internal policy of the Russian Federation, directed to the development of the Arctic territory. Composition at the stage of the base oil possesses low-temperature characteristics thus allowing its use in conditions of extremely low temperatures.
