E-learning of employees on occupational safety using artificial intelligence

Annotation:

The authors of the article consider the development of a new approach to occupational safety training. The issue of increasing the effectiveness of occupational safety training using modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and e-learning is being considered. The factors influencing the information memorization effectiveness are analyzed, taking into account the peculiarities of human memory. The scientific articles of Russian and foreign authors were used as the initial data. As a result, "Audio-IOT" (Labor Protection Instruction), an electronic resource for training labor protection workers, was developed using the example of the instructions on the type of work for an operator of an oil pumping station. The instruction was implemented at an oil and gas company and received positive feedback from both occupational safety and health specialists and operators, thus confirming the perspectivity of using modern technologies in occupational safety training.
