Annotation:
A comprehensive assessment of various types of risks (individual, collective, material and social) in the Tyumen region related to technological safety was carried out. The key threats were identified and the territories of the region were ranked according to their vulnerability. Priority areas for the implementation of risk mitigation measures and efficient resource allocation were identified by means of ranking the territories. A program code on Python was developed, which allows automating the process of modeling and risk analysis, which greatly simplifies the tasks faced by specialists in the field of technogenic safety. Based on the data obtained, a decision was made to introduce some additions into a regional safety passport, which will become an important instrument for systematizing information on risks and coordinating the actions of local authorities and law enforcement agencies.
