Annotation:

The article presents a methodology and algorithms for the functioning of robot programs that increase the efficiency of work with data for an information system. The application of the methodology in the information system for assessing the technical state of technological facilities of Gazprom PJSC (ISTS "Infotech") proved a significant gain in the quality of system administration and made it possible to optimize labor resources. It is noted that users data analysis capabilities provided conflicts visualization and quick respond to emergencies when processing a large amount of data. The implementation of the application in the ISTS "Infotech" provided an increase of the stability and reliability of the system as a supplier of information in PJSC "Gazprom" for making management decisions. In the framework of the project of ISTS "Infotech" import substitution it is proposed to carry out digital transformation of the developed decision in case of its transfer to domestic platform without loosing functionality and adding blocks of predicative analysis and artificial intellect based o neural networks technologies.
