Cross-cutting digital competences in the educational process

Annotation:

The challenge of today is the transition to Industry 4.0 and the digital economy, in which a key role should be played by the educational sphere: training of specialized personnel in the field of digital technologies and the digital economy, improvement of the level of the population digital literacy and acquiring basic and cross-cutting digital competencies. The article considers the approaches to the definition of digital competencies, proposes and practically substantiates the author's approach to the definition of cross-cutting digital competencies, highlights the key aspects of digital competencies introduction and development at all stages of education and the educational programs integration in the system "School–Organization of secondary vocational education (SVE)–University–Organization of additional vocational education (AVE)".
