Annotation:

With the advent and development of new information technologies and services, chat-bots, software products that imitate human communication are increasingly rapidly entering the daily practice of solving production problems. This article presents the main provisions and advantages of chat-bots as one of the structural elements of the stage of testing and setting up a control system for a modern object or process, considers possible technological platforms and methodologies for developing such software solutions.
