Annotation:
The authors of the article present a methodological approach to the selection of a drilling rig (DR) for wells construction, implemented in the form of a two-level computer decision-making support system (CDMSS). Evaluation of expert judgments (the 1st level of CDMSS on the priority of drilling rigs (DR) options), taking into account a large number of criteria for their selection, the so-called heuristic method is supplemented by a system study of objects in terms of compliance of installations functional structure with the local geological conditions of a well construction (the 2nd level of technological process optimization). This approach, in addition to a qualitative assessment of alternative options for solving the problem of choosing a drilling rig for the construction of drilling wells based on their pairwise comparisons, also provides an opportunity to study the functional usefulness of installations from the perspective of a quantitative assessment of drilling operations cost.
