Annotation:

The article presents the results of the analysis of the developed design solutions used when constructing wells in the fields of the Western Siberia, containing the parameters of maximum pressures, tensile and bending forces on the production string for each well. The safety factors based on the obtained data for alternative pipes were calculated. The optimal category of wells for the practical use of composite casing pipes has been determined. The article also provides an example of a detailed analysis of one of the wells. An assessment of the loads acting on a casing string, the weight on the hook during its descent, the risks of the string surfacing during cementing are assessed. The main advantages of this type of pipes and their special features are highlighted as well as the potential economic efficiency of using composite casing pipes in comparison with steel analogues are assessed.
