Annotation:

One of the current problems when developing deposits using water-flooding system is the lack of influence of the injected water volume on maintaining the energy state of the development element. As a result, the uncontrolled water-flooding can be the reason for a deterioration of the deposit predicted production profile. The article describes and analyzes the methodological approaches for promptly assessing the efficiency of water flooding systems and proposes a method for quantitative determination of water-flooding efficiency based on the concept of material balance equation. The results of the described approaches application at one of the sites of an oil and gas condensate field in the Bolshekhetsky depression are presented. The methods of water-flooding system efficiency evaluation presented in the article are aimed at their application in production activities when specifying field development design solutions, analyzing forecast reservoir pressure, calculating the required level of withdrawal compensation in order to ensure the required energy state at oil production facilities, optimizing injection well operation mode and forming geological-technical measures aimed at oil recovery enhancement.
