The article considers methods to be applied for oil and gas production intensification by optimizing the operation of oil and gas collecting (gas and condensate) systems through the use of innovative equipment for in-line gas treatment (in-line separators and gas ejectors). Using the example of one of the fields in the Orenburg region, the processes of creating digital models of the existing oil and gas collection networks for collecting oil and gas-liquid mixture (OGLM) and associated petroleum gas (APG), and their adaptation in order to achieve convergence of design pressures with actual ones are described. The rationale for choosing the insertion points of the in-line separators in the OGLM collection network and the installation point of the gas ejector in the APG collection network is given. For the selected option of modernization of the gas collection network, the selection of parameters of the optimal ejector and modeling of the gas flow in the ejector were carried out in the AEROSYM software by AEROGAS LLC. It is shown that the optimization of oil and gas collection networks at the field located in Orenburg region using in-line separators and ejectors allows for additional oil and gas production by optimizing hydraulic losses in the oil and gas collection system.
