Annotation:

The article presents an analysis of methods and cost factors of capital repairs of the linear part of the main gas pipelines based on data on the costs of restoring the working condition of gas pipelines. The main approaches to the formation of repair costs are considered, including the maximum consideration of real costs due to changes in such components as the repair of the pipe body in track conditions and the number of repaired welded joints. The importance of carrying out system diagnostic studies of pipelines with control diagnostics in pits is emphasized. According to statistics, repair work on the linear part of the main gas pipelines, performed according to the actual results of diagnostics, is 2,2 times less labor-intensive than similar work planned according to the requirements of regulatory documents. The article also analyzes the repair work on underwater crossings and provides suggestions for improving the methodology for assessing the technical condition based on forecasting changes in parameters characterizing the technical condition.
