Annotation:

Gas losses during the main transport technological process include emptying of repaired sections of gas pipelines at compressor stations as well as technological piping of gas pumping units that can occur before repairs or scheduled shutdown during current operation. The tasks of reducing these inevitable losses and introducing energy-saving technology, which is based on a jet two-stage ejector, are considered. The implementation of the development required repeated iterative gas-dynamic and strength calculations, optimization of geometric parameters using CFD software systems. Successful creation of two experimental industrial samples of jet ejectors installed at the Arskaya compressor station of Gazprom Transgaz Kazan LLC is confirmed by positive results of acceptance tests and certainly substantiates the reliability of the initially made decisions. The implemented technology is characterized by versatility and accessibility and allows, among other things, its use at compressor and gas distribution stations, linear part facilities, as opposed to existing mobile compressor units and potential energy-consuming analogues.
