Annotation:
The article describes the authors’ methodological approach of LLC "RN-BashNIPIneft" to estimation of the effectiveness and transformation of business processes in conditions of dynamically changing internal factors and the external market growing influence. The concept of business-processes continuous improvement based on the synergy of advanced tools and lean manufacturing techniques, the best benchmarking practices and positive experience of application of flexible technologies of process-based and project management is presented. This comprehensive solution will ensure the operation of the company, enterprise or organization at a qualitatively new level from the point of view of a system approach and the development in an ever-growing competitive environment. The experience of the developed methodology successful implementation to increase business-processes efficiency when conducting design and engineering survey works in JSC "RN-Nyaganneftegaz" from the scheduling and initial data collecting stages to the approval procedure consummation and permitting licenses obtaining stages is presented. The developed solutions reducing duration and cost of design-estimate documentation preparation for oil and gas facilities capital repair are presented.
