Identification of the peculiarities of changes in the productivity coefficient during the cleaning of the bottomhole formation zone using geological and statistical modeling tools

Annotation:
This article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis and qualitative characterization of the characteristics of changes in the productivity coefficient of wells after wells exit drilling, depending on the method of development – with and without hydrochloric acid treatments. The object of the study is the deposits of carbonate reservoirs of the Volga-Ural oil and gas province, for which geological and commercial information has been accumulated in sufficient volume. At the initial stage of the study, wells were grouped using discriminant analysis and the density of each of the 8 groups of objects was calculated in order to determine the reliability of the implemented scientific and methodological approach. After identifying the trend of wells reaching the maximum optimal flow rate, a number of inconsistencies were revealed when comparing the results of the classification of carbonate reservoirs according to the most significant signs and the degree of change in the productivity coefficient over time. Based on this, in order to reduce the risks of managerial decision-making, a comprehensive indicator has been introduced reflecting the accumulated percentage of deviation of the real well productivity coefficient, which fully characterizes the features of filtration and fluid inflow at various geological sites, from the forecast value during the time of cleaning the bottomhole formation zone. Using the method of group accounting of the argument in conjunction with the selection of the most representative models, the dependences of the well productivity coefficient on the cleaning time and geological and field parameters reflecting the conditions of occurrence and filtration-capacitance properties of productive formations are obtained. The interpretation of the dynamics of changes in the accumulated index of productivity deviation is given, a number of conclusions are drawn and prospects for further research are outlined, in particular, the use of an identical algorithm for a set of parameters that correspond to a number of the most relevant criteria that form the basis for making informed decisions in conditions of uncertainty.
