Annotation:
The authors of the article present the results of work for assessing the technical possibility of using continuous downhole pressure and temperature monitoring systems during gas wells operation. The use of deep stationary measuring systems transmitting data in real time allows monitoring parameters both during wells operation and during their shutdown without additional technological operations involving special equipment. The introduction of the equipment is promising from the point of view of tasks for automating the process of liquid "plugs" identification at the bottom of gas wells, which, in turn, will ensure prompt decision-making on conducting geological-technical measures.
