Annotation:

Nowadays the Western Siberia remains the main oil and gas producing region of Russia. At the same time, there is a significant shortage of the base of traditional hydrocarbon reserves in the region, which increases the relevance of introducing hard-to-recover reserves (HRR) into development. There are more than 50 billion tons of hard-to-recover geological resources in the Western Siberia. But the main industry problem of developing these resources and associated deposits using current technologies is low profitability. Some steps are being taken for technological solutions development and selection that will ensure development of hard-to-recover reserves (HRR) by all large oil companies of the region. Therefore, the authors of the article faced a challenge to find and develop a unified approach to technological solutions selection that will allow raising economic efficiency of attracting hard-to-recover reserves (HRR) into development, essentially reduce costs for R&D as well as replicate the approaches at some deposits of the cluster under study.
