Annotation:

The authors of the paper analyze the activities PJSC "Gazprom" in the work with personnel. Based on the results of the analysis, the main trends in the development of personnel policy and the basic provisions of effective personnel management of the company were identified: the investment component of personnel costs and personnel activities in general; forecasting personnel needs at all levels of the system; taking into account trends in the development of human resources; assessment of the efficiency of personnel management. The company's personnel management model is characterized by a transition from a closed personnel policy to a more open one, of course, such management models are the most effective and viable, however, such a synthesis of elements carries a risk for the company, since the principles of open personnel policy are characterized by a long-term stage, taking into account such measures , as a reserve of personnel for promotion, a system of continuous corporate professional education, motivation systems, a social package, which entails a lifelong hiring of employees.
