Harmonisation of interests and demands of the concerned parties of the program and projects being its components

Annotation:

The article makes an attempt to harmonize interests and influence of the concerned parties of the program and the projects being the program components. The concerned parties’ influence is a positive or negative impact on a program or project that serves as a basis for developing and implementation of the concerned parties’ management strategy. To manage the program and the projects, included in it, it is necessary to arrange the work in such a way that the management of the concerned parties’ should be interrelated, with account of their contrary and coinciding interests and requirements. For competent joint management of the program and the projects included in it, the authors pay special attention to the functional area, related to the concerned parties’ management, and propose to introduce the processes that ensure harmonization of their expectations, interest and mutual influence by using the revealed contrary and coinciding interests in the development of the concerned parties’ management strategy. To identify the mutual influence of the concerned parties, the identified concerned parties of the program and the project were analyzed, "Power–Interest" matrices were built using the model of Mendelo and "Core–Periphery" network model was used.
