Annotation:

The main global trends in the development of the economy digital sector and their impact on corporate approaches to managing an organization and its human resources (HR) are considered. The most popular digital technologies in HR management have been identified, as well as the goals and objectives of HR digitalization. The directions of transformation of approaches to human resource management in modern organizations, the essence of the ongoing changes and their effectiveness have been revealed. Recommendations have been developed for making managerial decisions in the field of HR processes digitalization and the formation of an organization's digital ecosystem.
