Annotation:

An important element of digital educational environment creation as an innovative tool for the formation of specialists’ professional competencies is a fundamentally different level of information support. New models are required for organizing access for participants of the educational process to various sources of information. This access should be in compliance with all legal norms. The decision of the informational support problem is possible by creating of an integrator of digital information resources consisting of separate systems, subsystems, modules, united on a single digital platform or on a distributed information register is proposed.
