Annotation:

This article discusses changes in approaches in staff remuneration under the influence of post-covid conditions. There has been studied the strengthening role of short-term remuneration, including project bonuses. The transformation of views on ensuring competitive wages and creating comfortable working conditions is considered. Particular attention is paid to well-being programs, which include taking care of the physical and emotional health of employees, as a new trend in the field of non-material motivation. The types of well-being programs are considered, such as programs of psychological support for employees. The issue of creating comfortable working conditions for employees was studied, including providing the opportunity to work remotely. Non-material and material remuneration programs are considered as a tool for increasing employees’ involvement in working processes.
