Annotation:
The authors of the article study the prospects and possibilities of introducing artificial intelligence (AI) into business processes in the oil and gas industry. Analyzing the current challenges and trends, the authors present a comprehensive view relating to the role of AI in optimizing production business processes and increasing the efficiency of companies. A review of the literature on this topic allows assessing the current trends and prospects for the development of the oil and gas sector as well as identifies the main directions and challenges it faces. To carry out a more detailed analysis of current trends and developments related to the introduction of artificial intelligence into business processes in the oil and gas industry, a systematic review of scientific literature was used. Publications, scientific articles, reports and studies related to the topic of innovation in the oil and gas sector were analyzed. When selecting literature, preference was given to the works published in the last five years in order to reflect current trends and challenges facing the industry. The authors of the article examine the complexity of technological processes, the necessity to improve productivity and reduce operating costs. In addition, the authors describe the use of AI to optimize the operation of oil and gas enterprises.
