Mechanism for forming competitive advantages of contractor organizations of fuel and energy complex

Annotation:

The author of the article shows that the use of a mechanism for forming competitive advantages of independent enterprises of fuel and energy complex (FEC) is a process of behavior-oriented identification, definition and development of key competencies and abilities of an enterprise. The relationship between the realization of competitive advantages by independent service companies and their influence on oil and gas complex development trends is substantiated. Definitions of basic terms corresponding to the functional features and scope of their application are proposed. The mechanism for managing and developing the potential of an enterprise is considered. The influence of competitive advantages not only on the final type of product/service, but also on the management and organizational processes of the contractors is described. A mechanism for developing the company's competitive advantages in the future from the point of view of scenario management is proposed.
