Annotation:

The authors of the article describe approaches to the digital transformation of the educational environment and the implementation of a human-centered approach at PJSC Gazprom's subsidiary operating company – "Gazprom transgaz Tomsk" LLC. The solutions to key challenges in the development of a modern industrial enterprise, linked to the impacts of technological and socio-economic trends are proposed. A model of selective integration of digital solutions into human resource management activities (a "two-layer selective membrane") is presented. This model enables the adaptation of relevant technological solutions in this field, taking into account the specifics of an industrial enterprise and a human-centered approach. The creation of an "open ecosystem for human capital management" is described as an effective mechanism for addressing such challenges. The key elements of "Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk" LLC digital educational environment are outlined: immersive learning classrooms, virtual reality facilities and an augmented reality video studio. Additionally, successful practices for implementing digital services using the selective integration model are discussed. The article presents the model of selective integration of digital solutions into human resource management, which allows for the adaptation of cutting-edge technological solutions in this area while considering the unique characteristics of an industrial enterprise and a human-centered approach is presented as well.
