Annotation:

The terms of the organization and activities of the expert assessment of the labor potential of the employees of oil and gas companies raised in the article, are an essential part of human and social policies not only for the enterprises of ОАО «Gazprom», but also for other modern oil and gas companies. The authors consider the role of HR diagnosis of HR-policies of the industry. The article presents the main activities of the staff appraisal of ОАО «Gazprom» enterprises on the example, the largest industrial companies.
