Annotation:

The article is devoted to the development of personnel development strategy, which is an important part of the personnel management system, the basis for making strategic and ope-rational decisions. Presently the problem of the formation of corporate management strategy and its absence deprives HR department of guidelines for development thus leading to a variety of decisions and subsequent actions. The principles that contribute to shaping and implementing development strategies within the organization are presented. The interrelation and interdependence of strategies – that of the development of industrial organization, the strategy of personnel management and the strategy of organization personnel development are determined. Options for the synthesis of these strategies through the establishment of compliance of the strategies are proposed.
