Annotation:
Over a long period of development of oil and gas fields in Russia, a large amount of historical well production data has been accumulated. That dataset covers very different reservoir and fluids properties, and various well placement systems as well as reservoir stimulation methods. Systematic work on the analysis and summarizing of these data made it possible to derive patterns of reservoir production, expressed in the form of typical curves and statistical dependencies, which can be used as the basis for creating reliable statistical models for calculating forecast field production.
