Annotation:

The relevance of the topic is caused by the growing attention to the issues of safe maintenance of the wells fund that are in a state of conservation and/or liquidation by both state bodies and public organizations, representatives of business and the expert community in the field of oil and gas production complex. With account of the planned trends in the growth of the number of oil and gas wells to be put into an idle, "passive" state, which are caused by the inevitable aging of wells, all prerequisites arise for developing optimal solutions for monitoring, including remote monitoring, the current state of "passive" wells. As one of the solutions, a method for building maps/fields of well hazards is proposed. The algorithm for hazardous maps/fields building is based on the principles of determining the scores of various criteria characterizing the danger of a well. The expert assessment method is used to determine the ranges and values of the scores. On the basis of analytical techniques and procedures provided for in the formation of expert assessments, the final point estimates of well hazard indicators are formulated.
